Encourage community voting to be reached to reward players.

     - /voteparty (alliase: /vp) : Show help message / usage.
     - /voteparty info (alliase: /vp info) : See current VoteParty.
     - /voteparty reload (alliase: /vp reload) : Relaod config.
     - /voteparty add (alliase: /vp add) : Add value to VoteParty.
     - /voteparty remove (alliase: /vp remove) : Remove value to VoteParty.
