corrected a display bug when no faction appeared in the bounty rankings

and a few errors with the reset command

re-implementation of the backup system when the classifications are reset for better management with sub-backups which are classified by the date of the reset

so on the 1st of the month, at 00h00s01, the faction ranking reset and 30 seconds after the farm ranking.

I deleted the auto broadcast system after the reset which for me did not work as I wanted and I did not like it.
